About House of Hope – Los Angeles

House of Hope is an addiction treatment center located in Los Angeles, California. It’s important to note that this is a women-only facility. Both their residential and outpatient programs cater to women only. That in mind, they also have an aftercare program that you can take advantage of for continued support after you complete their treatment program. Their programs consist of counseling and other benefits like relapse prevention, life skills training, early recovery, and anger management programs. They also treat women who’ve been victims of domestic violence or are experiencing mental conditions like PTSD.

Their residential and outpatient programs both have plenty of services to soak in, such as parenting classes, 12 Step meetings, community activities, spirituality involvement, and individual counseling. Individual counseling alone can completely transform your recovery process if done the right way and with the right counselor. Also, 12 Step involvement has proven to be extremely effective for people who stick with it. All in all, there is plenty here to take from, so I highly recommend this center for any woman struggling to reach and maintain sobriety.
