Iris Wellness Group is a substance use disorder treatment center for adolescents and adults located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. They use evidence-based methods of treatment here and a holistic approach to heal the whole body. This facility is accredited by the Joint Commission, Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and SAMHSA.
This facility has a specialized Intensive outpatient adolescent program that caters to the ages of 12 to 18. This specialized team helps your teenager out with the mental health issues that many teens face along with their addictions. They’ll work closely with you, your family and your teen’s school to keep your teen active at home and in the community while still focusing on their recovery. The teen program meets three evenings a week for therapies, treatments and coping skills training.
They also offer adults a partial hospitalization program, an intensive outpatient program and an outpatient treatment program here. With each of these programs, you can take part in your treatment program but go home at the end of the day to your home and family. If you can’t attend treatment in person then they offer a robust telehealth program.
The partial hospitalization program is a comprehensive day treatment program. You spend your day immersing yourself in the healing treatments and then go home in the evening.The intensive outpatient program is a half day treatment program that allows you to continue with your daily responsibilities such as work, school and family duties. The outpatient program is much less intensive with less therapy during the week and more flexible options so that when you need extra support, you have it.
If you require a more intensive treatment program then you may be referred to another facility.
