About Kaiser Permanente – Chemical Dependency – Vallejo
Kaiser Permanente offers a partial hospitalization program, an intensive outpatient program, medication-assisted treatment, and early intervention programs.
This day program provides a minimum of 14 consecutive days of group therapy, individual counseling, psychoeducation, and medical care in a supportive and structured environment. Success in this program comes from participation in self-help groups, support from family and friends, and individual commitment.
This program includes sessions four days per week in the evenings or the mornings. There are two phases to the IOP and both require the use of a tick sheet to track your progress. Other outpatient groups provided include integrated nicotine cessation, men’s anger management, dual diagnosis, buprenorphine treatment, and codependency.
This is an eight-week ongoing psychoeducation group and four-part learning series for individuals who believe they may have a substance abuse problem.
Some or all of your treatment may be covered by your private insurance plan. Verify your coverage and out-of-network benefits directly with your provider.
