About Kings View Drinking Drvr Program – Sonora
Kings View Drug and Alcohol Services – Sonora, located in Sonora, California, is a nonprofit, CARF accredited, driving under the influence (DUI) drug rehab treatment program. They collaborate with the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the criminal justice system to provide DUI education to offenders. Their programs are state licensed.
Kings View provides intervention and education services to first time offenders of minor drug violations. Program participants are educated about the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol. Their programs include Wet Reckless Education, a three month First Offender program, a six month First Offender program, and a nine month First Offender Program. Twelve month and 18 month programs are also available for individuals required to attend longer treatment.
Kings View accepts cash payment for DUI education classes. Clients requiring additional medical, mental health or addiction recovery services will be referred. Many major insurers such as Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, Humana, United Healthcare, Beacon Health Options, Amerigroup, Cigna and Magellan will cover some or all the costs of mental health and addiction recovery services when these services are determined to be medically necessary.
