About KPEP – Battle Creek
KPEP is a Battle Creek, Michigan, treatment facility for people in the criminal justice system. They provide residential programs, transitional housing, and other services for addiction and co occurring disorders. Their programs give you the skills and support for success in daily life after incarceration.
You’ll benefit from a case manager to help you identify your strengths, challenges, and goals. Their residential program provides a living environment with continuous care. You’ll participate in cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction workshops. They also have spiritual programs, sex offender treatment, and probation and pre trial services.
Many people spend about 90 to 150 days in their program, completing 60 hours of weekly structured activities. They also require you to complete 60 hours of community service.
It’s incredible that they help you gain educational and vocational skills. They provide job and life skills classes, GED preparation and testing, vocational training, and employment assistance. They understand that reintegration can be challenging for many and offer guidance and resources to set you on the right path.
