They also focus on helping with depression and anxiety or those dealing with grief, loss and extreme stress.
There’s an Adult Trauma Program that can either be individual or group therapy based. They use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
The Child and Family Program focuses on promoting positive behavior patterns, personal and family relations, and the overall well-being of families through counseling, psychiatry, peer support and behavior management. This can be done in your home, office or within the community.
You can use their 24 hour crisis hotlines if you’re having a crisis or are victims of domestic violence or sexual abuse. Their hotline service is for anyone regardless of where they live.
