The clinic was originally located near Eastern Park, a southeastern suburb of Lakeland. However, in the summer of 2024, the clinic moved just under seven miles west because a newer building was created.
This newer facility continues to serve residents throughout Lakeland while offering a broader range of healthcare and behavioral health services. You’ll still find accessible supports here including transportation services to help you get to the clinic.
There are dedicated mental health support services here that primarily address struggles with mental health. However, this center will also provide you with treatment if you have a co occurring substance use disorder.
Addiction treatment here will generally consist of counseling services, medication support if your circumstances require it, and integrative healthcare to address different medical or behavioral factors impacting your addiction struggles.
You’ll need a referral to receive behavioral healthcare services but a referral can happen through the primary health care clinic that’s offered at this location.
