About Lenape Valley Foundation – Doylestown
The Lenape Valley Foundation provides clients in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with outpatient treatment services for co-occurring disorders and substance abuse. For adults who are struggling and may also be concerned about substance abuse, their Braun Acute Partial Hospital Program offers a comprehensive, day to day short term treatment plan with therapeutic support. This program is offered from Monday to Friday. To preserve vital ties to their friends, family, and community people return home in the evenings.
Based on the needs of each patient, the average length of treatment is two to four weeks. If needed, free transportation is offered. Most major health insurance plans, Medical Assistance, and Health Choices are accepted by the program. They provide comprehensive community-based treatment through the evidence based, well known Assertive Community
Treatment ACT model which is offered nationwide.
Through the process of locating, obtaining, and maintaining the resources and services required to live successfully in the community individuals and families are supported through their blended case management program. These services are offered voluntarily and come after a thorough assessment.
They also provide distinctive forensic services. They evaluate adult and juvenile offenders. They offer dialectical behavior therapy for adults and teens ages 14 to 17. Experts in mental health who have a thorough understanding of the criminal justice system, treatment alternatives, and community resources related to behavioral health disorders make up their forensic response team.
Their outpatient department can help you or a loved one address chemical dependency concerns and many others. They provide group, family, and individual counseling. Their nurse practitioners and psychiatrists are on hand to assess if a client needs medication to prescribe it and to keep an eye on how the client is responding to it.
The goal of their transitional outpatient program is to stabilize and resolve mental health and drug dependency issues. It is more intensive than standard outpatient services. For adult clients who do not need the intensive level of psychiatric care offered by inpatient or partial hospitalization programs this level of care is specifically available.
