Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health – Ebel Recovery Center in Yankton, South Dakota, is a private, nonprofit agency that provides behavioral health services for folks in Southeastern South Dakota. They offer a 28-day residential substance use program. Monitored detox is available for those who need it.

In this residential program, you’ll be immersed in 30+ hours of programming each week. The staff on site are specialists in a range of areas such as psychiatry, psychology, addiction counseling, and nursing. One of the best things about this facility is its low staff to patient ratio. This means you’ll get all the attention you need.

Their treatment is a mix of individual and group counseling, education on substance use, mental health and wellness, and medical stabilization. They focus on treating the whole person and understand that mental health, addiction and health are all related. They also focus on using proven strategies to help you recover from addiction.

Residential substance use treatment services are provided in the Benedictine Center on the Avera Sacred Heart Hospital Campus.
