About Leyden Family Service And Mental Health Center – Franklin Park

The detox program is a medically monitored detoxification program provided on an inpatient basis. It ensures safety and comfort for individuals as they detox from addictive substances.

The residential program offers around-the-clock care. Individual counseling, group counseling, educational classes, 12 Step meeting introduction, nutritional consultations, psychiatric care, and discharge planning are provided. Those with co-occurring disorders receive treatment for both conditions simultaneously.

The outpatient program is for individuals who do not need a high degree of supervision in order to succeed in treatment. Individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services are available.

Leyden Family Service and Mental Health Center accepts most insurance plans, including Amerigroup, Anthem, Magellan, ComPsych, Beacon, and HCSC. If a person wants to use insurance, they are encouraged to contact their insurance provider prior to starting treatment because out of network benefits may vary.
