Liberty Resources – Next Step Supportive Living is a substance use disorder residential house for adults in Oneida, New York. This facility is for those who have gone through treatment in an inpatient or outpatient setting or who are currently going through an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and have been diagnosed with substance use disorder.
This center offers case management that assists you with linkages to outpatient chemical dependency and mental health programs, care coordination services and vocational and educational services. They also provide transportation services to and from appointments and community events as well as medication guidance and management.
They help with education and coping skills while providing sober activities, individual therapy and self help meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Refuge Recovery. They help you reconnect with the community by getting involved and finding resources in the community that can also help you.
They provide daily living skills education to help you build your self-confidence. You will also learn daily coping skills, improve your social skills and learn how to maintain a clean living environment and good hygiene. You may also receive coaching on living a sober life and preventing relapse. Clients are responsible for keeping the house clean and for buying the groceries.
