About Life of Purpose – Boca Raton
Life of Purpose is the first primary care treatment center on a college campus in the United States. Life of Purpose specialize in the treatment of young adults, age 17 and older, whose education has been disrupted by substance misuse.
Life of Purpose’s clinical program provides evidence-based modalities and up-to-date addiction science. While is not 12 step-based, they do introduce clients to the 12 steps and encourage them to participate in local fellowship groups. The Life of Purpose Treatment model provides services specifically designed to assist emerging adults who have a desire to attend college.
Life in Progress is a luxury student recovery housing option. This 55-bed, gender-specific transitional living community is ideal for the male student making the journey from treatment to student life. It’s also an ideal option for clients discharging from Life of Purpose’s 60-day Primary Care Program.
Located in Boca Raton within close proximity (less than 1000 feet) of Research Park on the Florida Atlantic University (FAU) campus, it is also near Palm Beach State College and Lynn University. Life of Purpose offers a safe, academically supportive and affordable sober housing option that includes a live-in recovery residence manager who provides 24-hour, on-site supervision. Other features include an on-site, full-time academic case manager Monday through Friday as well as several on-site offices where behavioral health technicians can offer immediate, individualized support.
