About LifeStream Behavioral Center – Bushnell
LifeStream Behavioral Center is an outpatient behavioral health facility located in Bushnell, Florida. They treat people with substance use disorder (SUD) and alcohol use disorder. They also treat people who struggle with mental health issues and substance use issues at the same time.
They have a trained medical team that can provide you with medication management if you need it due to withdrawal symptoms or concurring mental health issues. This location has several programs for SUD.
The Crossroads program offers a full medical and psychiatric assessment which will determine the causes of your substance use and the severity of your condition.
If you have a loved one who you believe has a substance use problem, they can assist you with staging an intervention for that person. This program provides group and individual therapy as well as family sessions.
TASC is a program designed for people who have experienced legal issues due to substance use such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or possession of an illegal substance.
You will have group sessions provided over several weeks or one four-hour session, depending on the severity of your condition and time restraints. You will be tested for drugs during treatment. You will receive a certificate of completion which you can give to your parole officer or the courts.
The company has several other locations that offer inpatient detox services or residential care to those who need it.
The company participates in the Florida Assertive Community Treatment program which offers wrap-around services to clients who have not benefited from traditional behavioral health case management. You will have services available to you 24 hours a day and therapists teach coping mechanisms that will help you avoid hospitalization
