Located in Mesa, Arizona is the non-profit integrated healthcare organization, Lifewell. This clinic supports men, women, and expectant mothers as they work through struggles with addiction or co-occurring mental health challenges.

They’re also equipped to help treat serious mental health illnesses. Services are offered in an outpatient setting though, you can get referred to residential treatment when you seek care here at the Mesa clinic.

This clinic primarily works with underserved communities including low income individuals and families throughout the region. As a nonprofit that’s focused on the community, they’ll support you with quality addiction treatment services, counseling, and access to medication support despite your background or financial needs.

You’ll find the approach to treatment here is very much rooted in evidence based practices and collaborative care from physicians, mental health professionals, and addiction specialists.

Through Lifewell, pregnant women are supported through the Substance Abuse Block Grant. This grant helps expectant mothers and their dependent children receive comprehensive addiction treatment services.

This includes access to medical assisted treatment, transportation to appointments, and case management services that will connect you to addiction resources throughout the community.
