The Loch Raven VA Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland is a Veterans Administration outpatient clinic offering general healthcare, plus mental and behavioral healthcare, for military veterans. Addiction treatment for alcohol and drug abuse as well as treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD and other conditions are provided. Telehealth services are available.

Loch Raven VA Medical Center serves the needs of all veterans, including men, women, the elderly, and LGBTQ-identifying individuals. Specialized programs for LGBTQ individuals are offered. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4:30 pm. The clinic is closed on weekends. Services require an appointment, and you may need to contact your primary VA physician for a referral prior to making an appointment. Individual and group counseling sessions are available.

If travel is an issue for you, telehealth services that use video conferencing for one-on-one sessions can be scheduled. If needed, a free shuttle is available to bring you to the clinic for an in-person appointment. You must call ahead and make a reservation to use the shuttle service.

Loch Raven VA Medical Center accepts military insurance for military-related healthcare treatments and private insurances for non-military-related care. Check with your provider to verify your coverage, out of network benefits, and possible copays. Financial aid and sliding scale payments are available.
