Lower Eastside Service Center (LESC) is a treatment center for adults who suffer from substance addiction, mental illness, and /or homelessness in New York, New York.
LESC offers services for pregnant women and new mothers, and for those who speak Chinese dialects.
LESC provides outpatient care and referrals for inpatient treatment at their residential facilities across New York City. They specialize in the use of medication assisted treatment for persons with opioid dependency. They also offer transitional or supportive housing if needed. If you receive state assistance, your stay is covered, all others, you will be informed of what you will need to pay.
This center is always accepting new patients and you may call or email for an appointment, or walk-in for service. They offer medication management services along with primary healthcare as a resident.
They also provide Hepatitis C and HIV education and treatment for dual diagnosis, along with special treatment for pregnant women who may need to detox. LESC offers vocational and job training to help you get a job and get on your feet again.
