About Matt Talbot Day Center – Seattle

Matt Talbot Day Center is an alcohol and drug rehab center for adults in Seattle, Washington. They specialize in helping individuals overcome substance use disorders, as well as other issues including homelessness and mental health conditions. Here, you can access intensive outpatient services designed around your individual needs. All of their services are provided free of charge.

An interesting aspect of this facility is that they break their treatment approach into three separate four month phases. As you progress through your treatment plan, some of the services you can participate in include case management, mental health care, group counseling sessions and career coaching. They also offer holistic activities like yoga and art.

If you need somewhere to eat or live while you’re in recovery, they can help. They’re in network with short and long term sober housing providers that can give you a warm, safe place to stay. They also offer hot meals every day.

Most people stay in the program for about eight to 12 weeks, participating in around nine to 12 hours of services each week. However, there isn’t a set timeline that you have to follow. You’re welcome to stay in the program for as long as you need.

One former client calls this an outstanding treatment center and says it changed his life. Another said there’s no better place to go if you’re struggling with addiction.
