The Helen Ross Mcnabb Center is a treatment center located in Knoxville, Tennessee. HThey treat adults who are struggling with mental health conditions and addiction. The level of care provided here is detox, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP). Other services that are available to you are medication assisted treatment (MAT), homeless assistance, employment assistance, recovery and peer support.

During the beginning of your journey in recovery, it’s understandable to want to seek support and guidance. You will work with a provider and complete an assessment to better equip you and create a plan and continue to monitor you throughout your time of receiving treatment at this facility. Their team of licensed clinicians, therapists, and nurses are available to help you move forward.
Their MAT program helps you receive buprenorphine or Vivitrol that can reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while you’re also receiving behavioral and mental health therapies.
Employment assistance and homeless services are also available. They can offer you suggestions on how to cope with frustrations at work without turning to drugs. They provide linkage to community resources to help increase your chances of securing a job and broadening your options. Homeless services can help assist with finding placement and seeking shelter especially if where you are living may be harmful to your recovery and/or mental health.
Recovery and peer support is also available here to help hold you accountable and gain more awareness in regards to recovery. This is a life changing experience and transition that can be a little nerve wracking and uncomfortable because living a new way of life feels unfamiliar.
