Mental Health Centers of Western Illinois–Country Lane Apartments is a supported housing community for adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and/or co-occurring substance use disorders (SUD) in Mount Sterling, Illinois. This is a residential program that also includes aftercare support.
The long-term residential care at Mental Health Centers of Western Illinois–Country Lane Apartments is available for young adults, adults, and seniors. Age-specific programming is provided.
Supported Housing
The long-term residential program allows clients to focus on their recovery in a highly structured and supportive environment with inviting, home-like amenities. Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and comprehensive case management. They also engage in intensive individual, group, and family counseling drawing on proven psychotherapeutic modalities. The program promotes clients’ sustained recovery and successful community reintegration through robust life-skills training that addresses topics such as coping, self-care, disease and medication management, and relapse prevention. Treatment also prioritizes independent living skills, including job readiness, financial and household management, and parenting.
Aftercare Services
Their aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs. These services may include transitional support, employment and housing assistance, and referrals for additional medical, mental health, and social services.
Accreditation and Payment
Mental Health Centers of Western Illinois–Country Lane Apartments is CARF accredited. They accept private insurance, sliding-scale payment schedules, and self-pay.
