About Mercy Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health – Washington – Washington
If you’re looking for mental healthcare or treatment for a substance use disorder (SUD) in Washington, Missouri, Mercy Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health may be a good option. The program is virtual and ensures that clients without access to a clinic or the ability to pay for services can receive MAT. The program includes a virtual visit with a physician to prescribe the medications and a social worker to meet your mental health needs.
Another distinctive therapy offered at this center is interpersonal therapy (ITP). ITP addresses your social life and relationships and how they affect your mental health. In the past, ITP was used exclusively to treat major depressive disorder. It’s now been shown to be effective for substance use and addiction and the therapists here use it for both disorders.
