About Middle Flint Health and Wellness – Warner Robins
Middle Flint Health and Wellness is located in Warner Robins, Georgia. This is a community health provider that’s dedicated to offering accessible care to adults, children, and families who have been impacted by mental health or substance abuse struggles.
Services are offered in an outpatient setting, though you can get connected to inpatient services if you require that level of care.
Other ways you’ll be supported include crisis support services and court related services through their Accountability Court program. While some of these services are not available at the Warner Robins location, you can get connected to them through the outpatient care you receive here.
There are two programs here that address addiction recovery. The first is what’s called their Cluster SA program, which connects you to semi-independent residential housing. You’ll learn how to lead an independent and sober lifestyle and how to build the skills you need to maintain that sobriety.
There’s also a New Life Addiction Recovery Program, which offers comprehensive, person focused care. You’ll have access to advocacy services, education, and counseling support that will help you work on the skills for long term sobriety.
In addition to their addiction support programs, there are also services here that address other aspects of your mental health and overall wellness. For example, there are HIV early intervention services offered through this organization, along with case management, medical support, and family support services.
