Contrary to its name, there’s no mountainside here, but they do offer plenty of outpatient care for adults with drug and alcohol addictions.At their center, you’ll have a wide range of options for treatment. There’s a meditation and yoga room if you prefer more holistic care. There are socialization programs in their common lounge and more formal workshops to learn life skills. Classes can include harm reduction and tips to prevent drug abuse among teens. They also have a full kitchen for events.In addition, there are free support groups that you can join. Specific groups meet at set times during the day and evenings. There’s one for professionals, another for LGBTQ+ members, and another for families. Groups can meet virtually if they can’t make it in person.
