If you start at intensive outpatient, you’ll probably go to treatment five times a week and your treatment will be like a full time job. As you make your way through treatment, less hours will be required and eventually it will turn to as few as 1-3 hours of treatment a week and continue from there. This is a very gradual way to get through the process.
