They provide a total care program that includes social detox and residential to outpatient and sober living treatments. Most of their clients have co-occurring mental illness, trauma and attachment health disorders.

NBRC focuses on healing for the mind, body and spirit with many new treatments. For example spiritual growth, massage and art therapy and CBD oil are all options that may help you recover from substance abuse.

Residential treatment is to help you begin to make behavioral changes for long-term recovery. If you have an opioid or alcohol addiction, a once-a-month Vivitrol dose can help cut the cravings. After residential, you can move to intensive outpatient treatment. Here, you will continue to build behavioral changes. You will also begin to move towards being self-sufficient. If you like, you can live in sober housing while you do outpatient treatment.

The extended aftercare program involves education and peer engagement. It is not a quick program that boots you out of care as soon as you are stable. I really like that they offer social sober activities at the Sober Underground. Life in sobriety doesn’t have to be boring!
