New Day Ranch is an addiction and mental health treatment facility that aims to provide transformative care to youth and adults around Billings, Montana. The facility’s programs are designed to provide healing, growth, and recovery for clients who have undergone trauma, addiction or other life challenges.
New Day Ranch currently accepts Medicaid, BCBS and Allegiant. The facility also offers self-pay and you can apply for a treatment grant if you’re unable to pay.
One awesome thing about this facility is that they offer varying levels of care depending on your addiction support needs. They offer everything from Level .5 early intervention to Level 2.5 high-intensity outpatient treatment that includes 20 hours a week of treatment. Youth substance abuse assessments are also available for young adults who are struggling with substances.
Some of the unique course offerings provided by New Day include programs dedicated such topics as Seeking Safety, co-parenting successfully, nurturing parenting, and moral reconation therapy thinking. This last program focuses on thinking patterns that can lead to problematic behaviors. It helps attendees develop skills like empathy while shedding negative beliefs like victim mentalities that can cloud judgment.
New Day has been helping the community since 1993. They’re culturally diverse with a focus on Native American culture. They offer unique and optional therapy programs like a drum group, where everyone sits around the drum and talks to each other with respect. Participants can also partake in smudging, which is the act of burning sage in an attempt to restore balance and harmony.
