New Directions Recovery Center is an intensive outpatient program administered by Montefiore in the Bronx, New York. Voluntary and referred adults aged 18 or older can participate in addiction and dual diagnosis care. Their services are available to all, regardless of your ability to pay.
This program provides holistic recovery services, addressing multiple elements of complete healing. They’re committed to helping you build coping skills and break the cycle of addiction. You’ll participate in individual and group sessions for up to 15 hours weekly. Along with therepuetic interventions, you’ll gain the tools for wellness, nutrition, early recovery, relapse prevention, and stress and anger management.
