The Bridge Program and Non-Emergency Jail Services Program help support adolescents and adults who are involved in the criminal justice system because of struggles brought on by their mental illness or co occurring substance use struggle.
As part of this jail diversion program, qualifying participants will move into a community based treatment program instead of traditional incarceration.
There are other services that are offered throughout the local and regional jail facilities as well. However these services primarily focus on helping incarcerated individuals get access to supportive, rehabilitative care to prevent relapse once they complete their sentence.
The Pulaski Center is also home to the Recovery Dojo program. This outpatient program will help you overcome your struggles with substance use through a variety of evidence based and holistic practices.
You’ll find everything from virtual and in person meetings to meditation, mindfulness, fellowship and fitness programming among other supports. This allows you to attack your substance use struggles from all angles so you can overcome the challenges brought on by substance use.
