About Nexus Recovery Services – Los Angeles
The Nexus Recovery Services center is located in Los Angeles, California. This facility offers multiple comprehensive recovery services to adults battling with drug and alcohol abuse and co-occurring disorders. Each service is focused on providing individualized care as it is a center that believes that no standardized drug treatment meets each person’s needs. Services offered by this center include inpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and aftercare programs.
The partial hospitalization program is specifically for patients who are prone to relapse or are new to recovery. While you are given customized treatment plans, the Nexus Recovery Services center still provides a structured environment and programming that you will need to meet to better your chances at recovery.
Whether you are enrolled in an inpatient or outpatient program at this center, you can expect to participate in individual therapy at least twice a week. This will give you a private and reassuring space to talk about your addiction and develop recovery goals. You may also need to attend 18 to 25 weekly group therapy sessions and recreational group outings to help build up sober skills to move back into society.
Another program they offer is their outpatient program, designed for patients transitioning from a higher level of care and requiring a more flexible schedule that accommodates minimal daily obligations. When entering the program, you may receive services such as case management and be assigned a primary therapist and a double-board-certified psychiatrist if needed.
Then there is the Nexus Recovery Services aftercare program, which really gives you the support you need to maintain sobriety. When you enroll in their aftercare recovery program, you will be provided with a sober mentor who will help support you outside of the treatment facility. Additionally, the aftercare program requires you to partake in the alumni program, which keeps you in contact with a community of past recoveries and staff, which many have found to be beneficial.
