About North Central Missouri Mental Health Center – Brookfield
The North Central Missouri Mental Health Center is located in Brookfield, Missouri and serves the surrounding Green Hills area. Along with the main office in Trenton, this is one of six additional satellite clinics that offer comprehensive psychiatric and social services throughout the rural community. They have a 24 hour crisis response line for times when you need someone to talk to immediately.
Integrated treatment for dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders accompanying substance use are provided in both group and individual sessions. All fees are determined by the ability to pay through a sliding fee scale so your treatment here will be affordable.
This treatment center has comprehensive psychiatric services for children and youth including evaluations, referrals for services and medication management. Counseling is available to children, youth and adults. Speciality groups for women, parenting, and couples provide support for a variety of life stages and ages. Psychotherapy and psychiatric evaluations are provided by licensed practitioners.
Rehabilitation teams are able to assess and provide support for community living skill development and vocational rehabilitation as well as independent living and recreation. Support groups are included to teach personal growth on topics such as anger management, stress management, assertiveness and self-esteem. Chronic mental health diagnoses are supported through community support specialists that partner with clients to monitor key indicators of physical and mental health. Home healthcare services are also available.
