Northeast Las Vegas VA Clinic is a veterans treatment center located in Las Vegas, Nevada. They treat veterans and their families of any age who are struggling to conquer their drug or alcohol addictions. They’re also a dual diagnosis treatment center that treats mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. All of these conditions are common in the veteran community due to trauma that is endured during one’s time on active duty.

They also may offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to those individuals that have such severe addictions that detoxing on their own could cause harm to their health. Prescriptions such as Suboxone and Vivitrol can play a major role in the recovery process, since these medications are known to help patients safely recover at a steady pace without any bad withdrawal symptoms or uncomfortable cravings.

This is an outpatient clinic, which means you can return home each day after services are rendered. This is a big benefit especially if you have other obligations outside of therapy. You may need to be referred to an inpatient clinic nearby if you require round-the-clock support.

They also offer health maintenance services, community support, and several counseling options. The counseling can include individual therapy, group therapy, and marriage or relationship counseling.
