A Renewed Mind – Adams Street, now known as Ohio Guidestone, is an outpatient behavioral health center that’s based in Toledo, Ohio. They provide addiction treatment and mental health care. This facility also offers psychiatric care and medication-assisted treatment for adults. Treatment often takes place through their intensive outpatient program.

If you try the intensive outpatient program you’ll participate in a minimum of ten hours of treatment per week. The program typically lasts between eight and 12 weeks. Treatment programming includes a combination of one-on-one and group counseling. You’ll engage in peer recovery, support groups, and job training. They also have parent coaching, relapse prevention, and social skills building.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is part of two programs called Rapid Access and Psychiatry First. Rapid Access offers same day assessment appointments to people who need them. If required, you’ll receive a prescription for medication the same day. Psychiatry First offers timely assessment and MAT treatment for people with or without a referral.
