OHS offered services Tuesday through Friday and Saturday – days, afternoons, and evenings. Co-ed and gender-specific groups were available in English and Spanish. OHS accepted major credit cards, and payment plans were available. Program locations were in Alameda, Contra Costa, North San Diego, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Stanislaus Counties.
