This ensures all members of the community have access to their services.
If you are an elder they offer health checks, transportation and home support. This helps reduce the elders’ isolation and enhance quality of life.
These programs are tailored for substance abuse and mental health concerns. Prevention programs aim at reducing the incidence of substance abuse with tailored sessions to address personal and group dynamics related to drugs and alcohol.
