About Palladia – Morris Heights
Palladia in the Bronx, New York, is a non profit residential and outpatient substance use treatment center. They focus on providing housing and basic needs first for those who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless.
In addition to providing safe shelter for clients, they also provide mental health and addiction recovery services alongside vital economic and social intervention.
Simply having a safe haven or shelter to lay your head at night can be the first crucial step toward building a healthy, happy life free of addiction. Sober living and house rules provide a stable base for recovery and further personal development. Palladia can help you find stable work, education, and financial independence.
Former clients express their gratitude for the services they receive at Palladia, but some complained that understaffing limited the overall quality of care. Though treatment may not be as intensive as some clients want or need, on the whole clients seem to feel at Palladia, you’ll get out of the program what you’re willing to put into it.
