About Palladia Parole Transition Program – New York
Palladia’s Parole Transition Program was located at 1808 3rd Avenue, New York, New York. They provided a short-term, comprehensive, drug free residential treatment program. It was designed for men who were also technical parole violators and had drug related felony convictions. They had developed their program as a 90 to 120 day progression from start, to reintegration, then stabilization and reentry.
They also offered outpatient and transitional treatment, alternatives to incarceration, permanent supportive housing programs, homelessness prevention services, and temporary and emergency shelter to households experiencing a crisis.
They also provided a wide range of other special initiatives and collaborations. These included anger management and bereavement groups, family counseling, individual and group psychotherapy, medical services, parenting classes, perpetrators and domestic violence groups, socialization groups, substance abuse counseling, and job and educational training.
Former clients had mixed reviews about this facility. Some complained about their staff while others stated that this facility was a great place to live.
