Park Royal Hospital is a drug and alcohol rehab facility located in the city of Fort Myers in Florida. They treat people for substance use disorder (SUD) They also treat people with dual diagnosis and suicidal ideation. They provide detox services for those with drugs in their system.
They offer both inpatient and outpatient services and an assessment will determine which is best for you. If you need full-time care but cannot go into a facility, you may enter partial hospitalization care in which you will go to therapy all day and go home at night. They also offer intensive outpatient and standard outpatient care.
They have a unique program for seniors with SUD. Seniors often feel more comfortable talking to other members of their generation. Aging can cause unique cognitive problems that the staff is trained to treat.
Both inpatient and outpatient clients recieve group and individual therapy. Their impatient program is called RESTORE which stands for Recognize, Empower, Support, Transform, Overcome, Reflect and Engage.
It is a long-term program that empowers clients to make their own decisions and control their behaviors. Therapists teach clients about the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
