About Partners In Recovery – Peoria
West Valley Clinic, part of the Copa Health network and formerly Partners in Recovery, offers alcohol and drug rehab services in Peoria, Arizona. The center provides partial hospitalization, outpatient, and aftercare programs for young adults, adults, and seniors. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At West Valley Clinic’s day program, clients receive individual and group counseling, life skills development, family conferencing and resources, and primary care as needed. The case management team provides dual diagnosis approaches to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders, while clients participate in education workshops, career coaching, and develop daily living routines. Amenities include a fitness center, full kitchen, day care center, and snack shop.
The general outpatient program provides greater flexibility and independence for clients. Clients concentrate on emotional wellness and coping mechanisms as they re-integrate with their communities. Telehealth is available.
West Valley Clinic offers all alumni continual care and support. Referrals may be available for outside treatment facilities and programs.
