About Pathways to Life – Greenville
Located in Greenville, North Carolina, Pathways to Life provides outpatient addiction treatment and mental healthcare to children, youth, and adults. They also have various assessment services. Pathways to Life is a CARF accredited and SAMHSA certified organization and has a state license from North Carolina.
Pathways to Life offers assessment and two levels of outpatient care for those struggling with substance abuse. Their Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) consists of structured therapy sessions that total around nine hours a week of treatment. These can often be scheduled in the mornings or evenings to be more convenient for you.
The Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Therapy (SACOT) program offers a general outpatient experience with less than five hours per week of treatment. Both programs include individual, family and group therapy to help you address the roots of addiction and create new habits for a substance free lifestyle.
Life Pathways has developed specific programs to meet and support the unique needs of children and adolescents. Their Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based program that provides treatment for violent juvenile offenders and helps put parents and caregivers in control.
For families whose children have serious crisis situations, the Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) program provides therapeutic interventions inside the home. These services help decrease negative behavior and aim to keep children from being removed from the home.
They accept many insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance options. A sliding fee scale is also available for uninsured persons who may need assistance paying for their services.
