About Pecan Valley Centers – Granbury
Located in Granbury, Texas, Pecan Valley Centers is a CARF-accredited dual-diagnosis mental health and addiction treatment provider. Serving children, adolescents, adults, and families, their programs include inpatient, outpatient, and peer-delivered drug or alcohol programs.
Treatment at Pecan Valley Centers begins with a mental health assessment to screen for symptoms of addiction or co-occurring mental health disorders. The inpatient program relies on evidence-based practices to treat substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions, and is for adults over 18.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is appropriate for individuals with less severe substance use disorder or with dual-diagnosis conditions. Treatment sessions are held 3-4 days per week and include individual and group therapy, skills training, and recovery support meetings.
The peer support program is offered by individuals with lived experience of addiction and recovery. Certified by the state, peers can support individuals to make a recovery plan, access services, and assist them in achieving their goals.
