About Phoenix House – Outpatient Services for Teens – Round Rock
Phoenix House’s Outpatient for Teens in Round Rock, Texas, is a nonprofit substance abuse program. Phoenix House provides adolescent clients with intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and support.
Phoenix House is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities, and they specialize in including families in treatment.
Many teens and their families will find IOP accommodating. It’s a high intensity day treatment program used as a step down from (or in place of) inpatient hospitalization. Phoenix House provides 10 hours of treatment each week.
A key component of treatment is family support and education. Family members play a vital role in supporting a client’s recovery and sobriety but sometimes don’t understand how to best help. Families can also receive specialized counseling to help everyone cope with the difficulties of addiction and recovery. Services also include individual and group therapy, case management, drug testing, and assessments.
