Phoenix House, in Los Angeles, California offers services to teens who are struggling with alcohol and drug abuse as well as related mental health conditions. They offer an outpatient program for adolescents, school-based services including substance abuse prevention and wraparound support for families. Those who require more severe help may be referred to a nearby drug rehab center for further support.

The outpatient program at Phoenix House is offered to youth up to 21 years of age. Therapists provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management and psychiatric services.
