About Pilsen Wellness Center – Melrose Park
The residential treatment program is a mental health program that promotes independence for individuals who need help getting their lives back on track. Medication management, skill building, case management, and counseling services are provided.
The outpatient program offers services to individuals who are a part of the juvenile justice system, along with those who have no criminal history. Case management services, psychiatric care, psychosocial rehabilitation services, prevention services, a teen mom program, doula services, a youth program, a wellness pantry, and DUI services are available.
MAT provides FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling. The counseling aspect of the program helps people work through underlying issues, while medications help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms. This program is overseen by professionals who are trained in dosing.
Pilsen Wellness Center accepts most insurance plans, including Anthem, United Healthcare, Cigna, Ambetter, and Brightstar Health. Out of network benefits may vary, so it is important to verify coverage with your insurance provider prior to starting treatment.
