The Pioneer Center East facility in Spokane, Washington is a 53 bed intensive inpatient addiction treatment center for men. They accept Medicaid, Washington state Apple Health, Fee for Service, and private pay. They do not accept private insurance.
Men at Pioneer East receive variable intensity residential treatment for substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Participants are voluntary as well as court ordered care.
