About Prestera Center – Mattie V. Lee Home – Charleston
Prestera Center’s Mattie V. Lee Home is a substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder residential treatment center for women and women with children. They’re located in Charleston, West Virginia. This center is CARF accredited and licensed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Health Facilities. This center also provides childcare referrals. This center is a non-profit and helps anyone regardless of their ability to pay.
While living at this residential facility, you will be offered a variety of needed services, such as parenting support, therapy, both individual and group, along with family therapy. You also will participate in drug and alcohol testing, case management, opportunities for your children’s treatment and prevention services, and referrals for licensed childcare.
This center also offers you educational and vocational goal completion, supportive living arrangements, transportation services, as needed, and medical and psychiatric services.
If you are in need of detox or a higher intensity substance use disorder program, you may be referred to a different location or program. Prestera Center offers other programs at different locations that provide detox, medication assisted therapy, and short and long term recovery programs. You can meet with your case manager and find the best fit for you.
