About Project HOME – St. Elizabeth’s Recovery Residence – Philadelphia

Project HOME – St. Elizabeth’s Recovery Residence is a recovery residence for men, providing 24 fully furnished, subsidized, single-room occupancy units, 12 or which are designated for veterans. St. Elizabeth’s Recovery Residence is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

To be eligible to St. Elizabeth’s Recovery Residence they must have documented current homelessness, documented diagnosis of substance abuse, must be a male over the age of 18, and be willing to live a clean and sober lifestyle, submit to random drug tests, engage with appropriate supports (TCM services, OP/IOP programs, NA/AA, Peer Services).
