About Project Patch Ranch – Garden Valley
Project Patch Ranch in Grand Valley, ID has been providing care and services to youth and families for more than 40 years. Project Patch has residential boys and girls programs. Each program is run on the same campus but completely independently of each other. They help youth deal with mental health struggles and behavioral issues including addiction. Their focus on addiction mainly covers technology, social media, and pornography.
Therapy includes individual, family and group therapy sessions. Dialectical behavior therapy is a large part of the treatment program here. It also includes weekly counseling, educational and mental health evaluations and support, behavior modification and trauma-informed treatment programs and aftercare programs to help youth adjust to life after their residential treatment program.
Much of the residential program at Project Patch is based on Christian faith and values. While they do focus their programming on these principles they do not discriminate against any individual based on religion, culture, or any other factor.
Faith is instilled in the youth who attend this program to help them realize their own worth and their potential. It also gives them a sense of greater strength and comfort with the knowledge of their
Creator who loves them as they are and wants them to accomplish great things in life.
Education is provided to residents of the Project Patch program. A portion of each weekday is spent on academic goals and educational pursuits. Located in a beautiful rural setting with stunning mountain views, Garden Valley offers lots to see and do. When your treatment ends, you can enjoy nature therapy through walks on local trails and enjoy the charming downtown district.
