Radiant Health, formerly known as Grant Blackford Mental Health INC–Milestone Services offers an outpatient and inpatient substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment center for children and adults that is located in Marion, Indiana. This center is accredited by the Joint Commission. They will not turn anyone away based on ability to pay and offer a sliding scale and other payment options.

In addition to group and family treatment, this facility makes its therapy as unique to your journey as possible. They do one on one therapy to make sure that they provide diverse therapy that you need specific to your journey.

They also provide medication management and have an on-site pharmacy. They do urine testing to help you maintain accountability during your recovery.

This facility has doctors and nurses there to help with your medical needs. They also provide psychiatric services to assist with your mental health issues or to test to see if there is an underlying mental health issue that is contributing to your substance use disorder.
