ReDiscover – Catherine’s Place

ReDiscover’s Catherine’s Place is a residential addiction treatment center for women with children in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a beautiful home located in historic Hyde Park, and it’s set up to support every facet of your recovery. They accept self payment and private insurance, and payment plans are available.

I like that this facility is centrally located to ReDiscover’s day treatment centers, so you don’t have to travel far to attend outpatient services. You’ll also be close to many community resources that offer a variety of support resources. Their goal is to give you the safe, stable housing you need so you don’t have to worry about where you’ll stay as you start your recovery journey. They also take care of all of your meals. They know that when these basic human needs are taken care of, it’s easier for you to focus on your therapeutic treatments.

There are eight family style bedrooms at the residence, as well as free on site amenities like a kitchen, laundry room, playroom, workout room, and playground. There are also designated meeting spaces where you can attend individual and group counseling sessions. Along with treatment services, your care team will help you with parenting needs, job searches, and comprehensive case management.
