About Renaissance Ranch Women’s Center – Riverton
Renaissance Ranch Women’s Center was located in Riverton, Utah. They are permanently closed. The facility was geared for women only, and provided a unique spiritual approach for clients dealing with substance use disorders (SUD).
They offered specialized programs tailored to the unique needs of women in recovery. This includes trauma-informed counseling and recovery education. They also prioritized the role of families and the importance of cultivating healthy relationships for women seeking to maintain a healthy and happy life free of dependency.
Renaissance Ranch Women’s Center used a therapeutic community model to help clients build self-confidence and self-worth while also developing strong peer support networks. I like that they offered a wide range of traditional and alternative therapeutic modalities, including equine therapy
They were a 12 Step focused program that embraced the stages of change approach to recovery. Biblical principles were integral to their program, enabling women to pursue healing in mind, body, and spirit.
