The IOP meets several times per week and provides individual, group, and family therapy, case management, substance use education, and relapse prevention planning. Treatment also includes classes in coping skills, parenting, healthy relationships, and more. RHA can also help individuals find detox and residential treatment programs if that’s a better fit.
General outpatient care includes services similar to those provided by the IOP but meets less frequently. After treatment ends, RHA Health Services may provide aftercare services such as connections to 12-step and other recovery groups, referrals to social services, and links to community resources.
RHA Health Services may accept a wide range of insurance plans, such as Humana, Ambetter, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and more. Because insurance plans vary, be sure to verify coverage information and out of network details with the insurer.
